Autonomous liquid fertilizer application system ASVZhU "Sputnik-4000"

The autonomous liquid fertilizer application system ALFAS “SPUTNIK-4000” is a semi-trailed unit designed for proportional supply of prepared solutions of soil herbicides, UAN or liquid complex fertilizers, depending on the unit speed. It is aggregated with various types of units: cultivators, harrows, sowing complexes and others.

The scope of supply includes:

 4 m³ filling tank;

 Tank for clean water with a volume of 330 liters, for flushing the tank and the entire system of the unit;

 The rotation of the liquid pump with a capacity of 135 l/min is carried out using a hydraulic motor;

- The application rate of liquid fertilizers is adjusted by ARAG electric valves, which allows you to automatically proportionally change the application rate of fertilizers depending on the speed of movement;

- The agricultural navigator with a parallel driving system allows you to manage, monitor and control the operation of the entire system from the tractor cab;

- 5 pairs of hydraulic lines and a free drain allow you to aggregate the system with any type of trailed units;

  Quick-release connections located on the side of the unit allow you to conveniently fill and drain tanks;

- The possibility of retrofitting with a three-point hitch allows you to expand the range of application of the unit.

- Additional illumination for convenience of work at night.
