The DPM UNIVERSAL-T disc tillage machine is designed for intensive soil surface tillage, weed killing, soil loosening, fallows treatment works, destruction of root systems and seed placement into the soil.
DPM is intended for use in various soil and climatic zones, except for the zone of mountain farming, when cultivating soils of different mechanical composition with a moisture content of up to 28% and a hardness of up to 3.5 MPa, not clogged with stones, flagstones and other obstacles.
DPM "Universal-T" with a diameter of 510 mm are distinguished by a more aggressive method of processing and precise immersion even in difficult conditions. The optimal scope of these discs is stubble cultivation, seedbed preparation, as well as incorporation of catch crops.
The use of the disc tillage machine "UNIVERSAL" allows:
- loosen untreated soil;
- work in extreme agro-climatic conditions;
- qualitatively grind and mix crop residues on the surface of the field;
- to make leveling of the soil;
- cut weeds and other vegetation in uncultivated fields after harvesting the main crops.
The heavy version of the "UNIVERSAL-T" disc cultivator retains all the important features of the standard version, but can work efficiently at greater depths and with more crop residues on the field.

FRAME:
The frame structure uses shaped pipes made of structural steel 09G2S with a thickness of 6 mm to 8 mm;
Hydraulic transfer of the harrow to the working and transport position from the tractor cab ensures the convenience of operating the unit;
Hydraulic adjustment of the processing depth ensures the accuracy of maintaining the specified parameters and ease of adjustment;
Harrows DPM "UNIVERSAL-T" in the transport position do not exceed the dimensions of the tractor, which allows you to move on public roads.
WORKING BODIES:
Reinforced stand measuring 450x230x350 mm, 20 mm thick (steel 09G2S) on a damper mount 40x220 mm, with a pressure on the soil up to 300 kg, allows you to optimally copy the relief, as well as use the unit for more complex tasks in difficult soil and climatic conditions;
Knock-out discs with a diameter of 510 mm and a thickness of 6 mm are made of steel 65G (the cutting edge is treated with HDTV) allow you to carry out guaranteed tillage to a depth of 14 cm;
Batteries of discs are arranged in two rows with different angles of attack: the front row of discs is 22 degrees, the back row is 15 degrees, while the angle of inclination of both batteries is the same - 12 degrees, due to this, a more aggressive method of processing is carried out, guaranteed immersion of the discs even in heavy soils and high-quality mixing plant residues with soil;
Maintenance-free hub with FKL bearing (Serbia) and O-rings, oil filled, reduces unit maintenance time and increases reliability in severe operating conditions.
In the basic configuration, the DPM "UNIVERSAL" is equipped with a tubular roller with a diameter of 510 mm.
At the request of the buyer, it is possible to optionally equip the DPM "UNIVERSAL" with one of two types of rollers: a tandem roller (diameter 520/380mm), a rubber-wedge roller (diameter 580mm)

Tube roller, 510 mm in diameter The reverse compaction is carried out across the movement direction with good crumbling quality and an open soil surface structure. This roller is especially suitable for working on light soils. The tube roller has a high load-bearing capacity. |

Tandem roller, 520/380 mm in diameter It is mainly used for pre-sowing preparation, since it has a good crumbling effect, which is achieved thanks to different peripheral speeds of the small and large roller. The tandem roller is suitable for working on light to medium soils. The pendulum suspension ensures optimum copying of the soil relief by both rollers. |

Rubber-wedge roller, 580 mm in diameter It is used for leveling the soil surface, while the reverse compaction occurs only in strips. This roller can be used on all soil types, except for stony ones. The roller works especially efficiently on wet soils thanks to the individual scrapers. The rubber rings of the roller form compacted strips, and the space between them remains loosened, which ensures high-quality water and air exchange. |

Обратное уплотнение осуществляется поперек направления движения с хорошим качеством крошения и открытой структурой поверхности почвы. Данный каток особенно подходит для работы на легких почвах. Трубчатый каток отличается высокой несущей способностью. |

Преимущественно используется для предпосевной подготовки, так как обладает хорошим эффектом крошения, который достигается за счёт различных окружных скоростей малого и большого катка. Тандемный каток подходит для работы на легких и средних почвах. Маятниковая подвеска обеспечивает оптимальное копирование рельефа почвы обоими катками. |

Применяется для выравнивания поверхности почвы, при этом обратное уплотнение происходит только полосами. Данный каток применяется на любых типах почв, кроме каменистых. Особенно эффективно каток работает на влажных почвах благодаря наличию индивидуальных чистиков. Резиновые кольца катка формируют уплотненные полосы, пространство между ними остается разрыхленным, что обеспечивает качественный водо- и воздухообмен. |
