Cultivators of K series

Description

 

Cultivators of K series are intended for the following soil treatment: pre-sowing, autumn and fallow tillage, stratification, chiseling.

The cultivators are used in all agro-climatic zones, including those ones prone to wind and water erosion, on all soil types, except for stony ones. The use of cultivators is effective for autumn and pre-sowing treatment in the system of minimum tillage.

The use of the cultivators provides:

  1. field leveling;
  2. seedbed leveling;
  3. mechanical weeding;
  4. creation of a mulch layer;
  5. destruction of the lower compacted soil layers. 

The cultivators are aggregated with tractors of the drawbar category of 3-9 p.f., with a pressure in the hydraulic system up to 23 MPa.

  • When using the cultivator for pre-sowing tillage:
  1. The flat hoes cut the weeds and loosen the soil, creating an even dense seedbed;
  2. The harrows level the field surface, distribute the crop residues evenly and destruct weeds;
  3. The rollers ensure additional soil crumbling, create a mulch layer and level the field surface;

• During the autumn treatment, depending on the working bodies installed, the cultivator carries out tillage at the following depth:

  1. with a flat hoe, cm ............................. 5-12
  2. with an assemblable hoe, cm .............12 – 16
  3. with an assemblable subsoiler, cm ....12 – 18
  4. with a chisel, cm ................................24 - 30;

• The design of the cultivator frame and a set of adjustments allows this unit to operate, depending on the agrotechnical tasks and weather conditions assigned thereto, with and without various basic options, namely:

1. with high humidity or autumn soil slitting with a chisel, the cultivator can work without a harrow teeth unit and without rollers, or the rollers simply roll passively, while the cultivator itself rests on a group of support and transport wheels;
​2. in the second variant, the cultivator can work with any working and basic options, relying on the front support wheels and rear press rollers, while the transport wheels are fully raised up with the help of hydraulic cylinders. This makes it possible to use the function of tooth harrows and press or comb-out rollers to the maximum;

• The basic configuration of the cultivator may include a tandem of both press and comb-out rollers or a mixed variant;
• The design of the press and comb-out rollers in a tandem with the installation of agricultural bearings made in Slovenia thereon, with a triple seal for operation of these bearings in an aggressive environment, significantly increases the resource of this unit in comparison with analogues of other manufacturers;
• The basic configuration of the K series cultivators includes a three-row tooth harrow module;
• The frame structure adopts thick-walled profile pipes made of 09G2S steel, which is distinguished by excellent weldability and increased strength, which makes it possible to increase the load on the working bodies and to expand the technological capabilities of the cultivators;
• The extended base of the cultivator increases the accuracy of the tillage depth and improves the quality of leveling the field surface;
• The use of hydraulic cylinders in series in the K-1080 and K-1200 cultivators reduced the load on the frames and working bodies of the cultivator and simplified their technological adjustment, which improved the quality of soil cultivation and increased the service life of the units and the cultivator as a whole;
• All units of the cultivator, except for bearings, hydraulic cylinders and tires, are manufactured at our plant, which greatly simplifies the warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the machinery
• The cultivators of K series regularly undergo state tests, where they confirm their high reliability, as well as the efficiency and stability of the technological process of soil tillage.

  • Глубина обработки регулируется жестко фиксирующимися клипсами на гидроцилиндрах последовательного соединения с шагом 1см - гарантированное сохранение выставленных настроек;

РАБОЧИЕ ОРГАНЫ
    
  • ​Конфигурация расположения лап на данном агрегате обеспечивает стопроцентное подрезание сорняков;

  • Стойки плоскорежущих лап 56*12 мм изготовлены из стали 60С2А

  • Стойка оборудована предохранительным срезным бортом с изменяемым углом атаки, что предотвращает поломки агрегата

     
     

 
  • Лапа шириной захвата 460 мм из стали 65Г с нанесением на носок твердого сплава ВК8 и укрепленным ТВЧ кромками крыльев
     
     
 
  • В базовую комплектацию культиваторов серии К входит модуль трёхрядной зубовой бороны;
     
     
 
  • В базовой комплектации культиватора может устанавливаться тандем как прикатывающих, так и вычёсывающих катков или смешанный вариант;
  • Конструкция прикатывающих и вычёсывающих катков в тандеме с установкой на них подшипников сельскохозяйственного назначения производства FKL (Сербия), с тройным уплотнением для работы данных подшипников в агрессивной среде, значительно повышает ресурс данного узла в сравнении с аналогами других производителей;
